Busy Days
My last business review meetings with my principals this week. Monday, Tuesday... everyday full with meeting appointments. They were good meeting to present wonderful double digit growth. I am very proud of my supportive team.
Today I even had meeting at KLIA. Haha.. Flights to Phuket were so full at this time that my principal had no choice but to make a day trip to KL.
Tomorrow is another day to continue my handover list.

My Reflection and I
Can I see if I am happy from the mirror?
Is the reflection of mine looks healthy?
Reflections from the mirror remind us to get back on track of our dreams.
If you see the unhappy face, find out the reason and make yourself happy again.
Your reflection is your best friend in the mirror.
Learn to like yourself more and eventually everything will go right.
Haha... if you need someone to cheer you up, try go to the mirror and show the gorgeous smile.
This picture was taken during recess hour after my children dance class on 19 November 2005.

Swinging off the Mighty Mouse
After I played badminton since April 2007, my arms muscle toned up but also had made my it looks gigantic. I had then stopped badminton for a while.
I practice yoga since end May 2007 and had heard compliments from my colleagues saying I have nicer body (but co-incidentally were during the days I wore my blouse and pants with vertical lines.)
So I even signed up for social dance class which I go once a week, an hour a day. It didn't help much since I don't have anyone to practise with me after class. One hour in the air-conditioned room didn't make me sweat.
When I start my new job after CNY, got to miss those badminton games, yoga and social dance classes. Thinking of going swimming more regularly after this. I don't really swim but dancing in the pool. (Hahaa...)
Got to try out tips from this URL: http://yourtotalhealth.ivillage.com/diet-fitness/a-cure-upper-arm-flab.html
A Cure for Upper Arm Flab
By: I have flabby upper arms. How can I slim them down? Flabby upper arms are a common problem among many of my female clients. In my book Sound Mind, Sound Body, I discuss a couple of routines that will focus on both the biceps and triceps from all different directions. One of my favorite routines consists of the three exercises described below. Do them in the following order, with no rest in between each exercise. 1. Shadow Boxing: Do 20 repetitions of each of the following moves with three-pound dumbbells. 2. David's Push up Deluxe: Do 10 to 15 push ups in each of the following positions. 3. Reverse Walking Crabs: Sit on the floor and place your hands behind you with your fingers pointed toward your butt. Lift your butt off the ground and shift onto your heels. Maintain this position and keep your abdominal tight as you take four steps forward. Then do 10 reverse push ups by bending and then extending your arms. Repeat this exercise four times. Get more answers from David! Looks like it I need to practise this for the sake of looking good!

2008 vs 28
A friend had asked me whether I have any birthday wish.
To me, birthday has became less exciting. Not that I will grow taller, become prettier but I am aging day by day.
More challenges and more responsibility to make me tougher and wiser everyday.
I had made a new year wish instead of birthday wish.
To me a wish that I make 7 days later will not be any much different from a new year wish.
I wished to be financially free, and be able to enjoy the learning curves everyday.
I also wished to have more time for my family and to look after them while I could.
When my boss announced my resignation from my current job to the department colleagues last Friday, they were so shocked. Even when there were a restructuring in the company, I could not be the one affected. Yet, I had make my decision to move to another ground for a new beginning. My boss thought I should stay on and take up the managerial post. They said a not so young yet not very old single lady like me who does not have family should not think too much about the distance to work but should consider the career advancement that company is providing. I knew it was partly true but many things had happened and I choose to be reachable to my parents.
