猫

前天早上在房里看见窗外的瓦片上，邻人的猫在喵喵叫。

是一只不怎麽可爱的猫。

拿起桌上的照相手机，我拍起猫来了。

黑乌乌的，好像最近看过的泰国恐怖片Body 19里电脑效果造成的黑猫。

还好，他只是外表暗淡了一些，也并不影响我周末早晨的好心情。

长得不可爱，可没有错！

我国也有出产的红茶，可以变化成各种不同口味的美味饮品。
其奶茶也已可分为姜奶茶、拉茶、冰奶茶、三色奶茶、生奶茶等。

前天与友人到嘛嘛档，一坐下来就各自点了不同的茶。

一种产品可以多样化的迎合顾客需求来得到99%的销路，其中也要靠顾客与店主之间的了解。
要多了解，需要多观察、多听、多谈。

虽然，你也可以选择只卖一种茶。

Jom Masak!

Introduced by a colleague last month, I signed up for a half day cooking class at Ajinomoto Umami Centre.

Both the celebrity chef, Amy Beh & the mouth watering dishes attracted me to join this free lesson.

It was a good experience after all. I had learn to cook steam fish - teow chew style, fried vegetarian shark fin, fried yam rice and tong shui.

I can say Ajinomoto Malaysia has a very good CSR program as such. Thumbs up!

Freeware for Handphone

I was looking for handphone dictionary software and found these two useful links:

There are many different type of dictionaries and other java applications that I found there.
I can fit the mini Oxford dictionary of English - Japanese in my handset~

Wow, now I can even have google map in my SE K610i!

Alternatif Software to Photoshop

Just found and installed 2 alternatif software compareable to Adobe Photoshop.

--> Paint.NET & GIMP 2. GIMP has a cute icon. :)

Maybe good enough to do simple creative artwork.

:) Let me try out first before I write more about them.

我的美女娃娃

很久没有动手做手工，上周末晚饭后突然想要做一个玩偶给小侄女。

找来了一袋碎布、一些棉花、一些针和线，还有一把剪刀、画笔，就在电视机前开始动工了。

我的彩虹小美女在6个小时后完成了（第一天用4个小时，第二天用两个小时。）

看，小美女会摆pose给我拍照呢！

Mothers' Day Special

Very special mothers' day. I decided to cook vegetarian to the mothers in the house. :)
My first experiment vegetarian meal without recipe for the day were:

A) Appetiser
- Fruity salad mix with Australian honey, Italian balsamic vinegar & Italian olive oil
B) Main Course
- Heart shape mash potatoes & with fresh mushroom, potato and yellow onion fried in olive oil and black pepper
- Stir fried mix vegetables with olive oil and liquid aminos
- Serves with rice wrap in seaweed
C) Dessert
Konnyaku jelly with red dragon fruit and honey dew cubes in brown sugar

It's nice when my nephew and niece started to talk and walk around and can give me feedback on the taste of the food. :) Ivan likes almost everything except sour tomatoes.
Reanne likes red colour fruit and sweet stuff.

Thanks to my sisters for helping out in the kitchen!
