Jom Masak!


Introduced by a colleague last month, I signed up for a half day cooking class at Ajinomoto Umami Centre.
Both the celebrity chef, Amy Beh & the mouth watering dishes attracted me to join this free lesson.
It was a good experience after all. I had learn to cook steam fish - teow chew style, fried vegetarian shark fin, fried yam rice and tong shui.
I can say Ajinomoto Malaysia has a very good CSR program as such. Thumbs up!
