Fruit Tale

A fruity juicy encounter with colourful delicacies.

一个暖暖的星期六早上,
我化身变成五颜六色的水果,
泡浸在妈妈放在后院的洗菜盆里.

漂浮在滤净的水面上,
辽望着蓝蓝的天空,
看着眼前飞过的七彩蝴蝶,
还有闻着一阵阵的花香
顿时让我遗弃了烦恼.

Beeeh~~~I had a date with lamb shank


Lamb shank, yes! It was really lamb shank that we cooked at Ajinomoto cooking class today.

Menu for today's Indian cuisine were lamb shank, chicken bryani rice, vegetable dalcha and apple crepe. I picked this class because of lamb shank and vegetable dalcha. Yummy yummy dalcha. :)
Celebrity chef and food dresser, Amy Beh guided us through the 2 hours cooking & learning activity. Amy shared a lot of tips with us on marketing & food preparation.
I didn't know that vegetable dalcha needs coconut milk + milk. Hmm hmm... but the result was really good!

It was really a fruitful day. Go to the class together with your friends and family!
I spent times with my uni mates there. :) Not bad an activity for a small leisure ya!

甲州重阳日

相片里头蓝衬衫的小男孩手拿着一束白菊花,提起双手、抬起头、吸收早晨的阳光。太阳公公特别疼爱小男孩,用暖暖的光芒轻轻的呵护着他,伴着他玩。小男孩后面的绿色山坡上的石碑是什么?背着小男孩的另一个红裤子男孩在忙些什么呢?
这是马六甲古城的华人义山,在这阳光普照、风和日丽的早晨,大概有数百个穿红衣的男女老少一起集合在这古老的义山上庆祝重阳。
